Treasury Manager

Description:

We are hiring a Treasury Manager to oversee hydrocarbon revenue management, joint venture cash calls, and cross-border funding.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
⛽ Manage crude oil and condensate sales proceeds repatriation
🛢️ Coordinate cash calls and distributions with JV partners (QP, Total, Shell)
📊 Forecast foreign currency exposure and execute hedge programs
✅ Ensure compliance with QCB and QatarEnergy treasury policies
💡 Optimize intercompany loans and cash pooling across global entities

🔹 Requirements
🎓 Bachelor's in Finance (Master's preferred)
📜 CTP, CFA, or FRM preferred
💪 10+ years treasury experience, 5+ in oil & gas or energy
📈 Strong knowledge of commodity hedging, JV accounting, and OPEC pricing
🇶🇦 Qatar or GCC experience essential
💻 SAP Treasury or similar TMS
