Tunnel Operations & Maintenance Manager

Description:

We are hiring a Tunnel Operations & Maintenance Manager at Qatar Building Company (QBC) – Egis JV. This role involves leading the operations and maintenance of major tunnel and underground infrastructure projects in Qatar.

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline
✅ 10–12 years of experience in tunnel infrastructure, operations, and maintenance
✅ Minimum 5 years of managerial experience leading tunnel operations or maintenance projects
✅ Strong expertise in TBM, NATM, Cut & Cover, or Drill & Blast methodologies
✅ Mandatory experience with Ashghal projects and a strong understanding of Ashghal specifications, standards, procedures, and compliance requirements
