- Greeting and seating customers
- Take food and beverage orders and accurately enter them into the ordering system
- Make menu recommendations and inform guests for any specials
- Communicate any food allergy or special requests to kitchen staff
- Ensure all orders are fulfilled quickly and accurately
- Provide attentive service to customers
- Promptly address any customer service issues and refer them to management as necessary
- Arrange table settings and maintain a clean dining area
- Deliver checks and collect bill payments as requested
