Warehouse Supervisor

Description:

UFC GYM QATAR is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipment handling, inventory control, and accurate stock movement records. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and computer literacy to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise shipment loading and unloading to ensure safety and accuracy
• Check and verify proforma invoices against approved Purchase Orders (POs)
• Ensure all incoming goods match required quantity, quality, and specifications
• Maintain accurate stock-in and stock-out records
• Update inventory details in computer systems / ERP
• Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and operations departments
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials
• Conduct regular stock checks and inventory audits
• Prepare and maintain warehouse reports and documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

Skills & Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Warehouse In-Charge / Warehouse Supervisor / Storekeeper
• Strong knowledge of shipment handling and inventory control
• Ability to verify invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes
• Computer literate (MS Excel, inventory systems, ERP preferred)
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Ability to work independently and manage warehouse staff
• Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• Experience in warehouse operations within retail, fitness, or service industries
