Waste Management Division

Description:

Key Responsibilities:

a. Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets across our full waste equipment product portfolio.

b. Identify and secure new business opportunities with municipalities, waste management contractors, EPC Companies, and Facility Management Firms.

c. Manage the full sales cycle including lead generation, technical consultation, proposal preparation, negotiation, closing and post-sales service coordination.

d. Build a strong relationship with the key decision makers in public sector entities such as Tadweer, Bee'ah, and Ajman Municipality as well as private operators.

e. Oversee pricing strategy, margin protection, and commercial negotiations in coordination with the operations and finance teams.

f. Track market trends, competitor activities and client feedback to inform product positioning and sales strategy.

g. Represent Excel Industry at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry networking events.

h. If applicable, build and manage a sales team, including training, performance monitoring and territory planning.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business or a related field.

5-7 years of experience in capital equipment or industrial B2B sales, ideally within the waste management, construction machinery or commercial vehicle sectors.

Deep understanding of waste handling products including compactors, hook / loaders,skips and lifting mechanisms.

proven track record in municipal or government -sector sales in the UAE/GCC.

Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage technical sales cycle.

Existing network with decision-makers in relevant government departments and contractors is a strong advantage.

UAE driving licence is mandatory.
