Description:
WISE Consultancy is hiring an Associate Consultant (Arabic Speaker) to support strategy and advisory projects across Qatar and the wider GCC region.
The Associate Consultant will work as part of project teams to deliver strategy, financial, and government advisory assignments for public and private sector clients. The role is full-time, preferably based in Qatar, and requires strong Arabic and English capabilities to work with local stakeholders and international partners.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative research (market, competitor, customer, regulatory) to support strategy engagements.
Analyze financial and operational performance data, build structured Excel models, and derive actionable insights.
Support development of client deliverables, including PowerPoint presentations, reports, proposals, and workshop materials in Arabic and English.
Participate in client meetings, interviews, and workshops, capturing requirements and contributing to problem-solving discussions.
Assist in designing and documenting business strategies, operating models, and implementation roadmaps.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather information, validate assumptions, and follow up on actions.
Contribute to internal knowledge development, sector research, and thought leadership relevant to Qatar and the GCC.
Support business development activities, including drafting proposals and slide decks for new opportunities.
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
3–7 years of experience in a recognized strategy consulting firm or top-tier advisory practice.
Proven experience working on strategy, transformation, or performance improvement projects.
Native or near‑native Arabic speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong professional proficiency in English.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, including comfort with data analysis, financial modeling, and structured thinking.
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with research and analytics tools is an advantage.
Familiarity with Qatar and GCC business environment; prior experience in the region is preferred.
Preferably already based in Qatar or willing to relocate, in line with local employment and immigration requirements.
Structured, hypothesis‑driven approach to problem solving, with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple workstreams, and meet tight deadlines in a consulting environment.
Strong client‑facing presence, with the ability to build trust and communicate complex ideas simply in Arabic and English.
Collaborative team player who is proactive, flexible, and eager to learn.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and respect for confidentiality, aligned with Qatar’s cultural context and labor regulations.
Work location: Doha, Qatar (preferred), with potential travel within Qatar and the GCC based on project needs.
Language: Arabic (native/near‑native) and English (fluent) required.
Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Qatar; offers will comply with Qatar Labour Law requirements for contracts and work permits
