Foster strong relationships with key clients, consultants, contractors, and partners to drive repeat business.

Collaborate with the sales team to convert high-value leads into long-term clients.

Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions.

Negotiate and close high-value deals while maintaining profit margins and customer satisfaction.

Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and business development achievements.

Coordinate with internal teams including sales, marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Continuously seek feedback from clients to improve services and products.
Requirements and Skills:
โProven experience in business development, corporate sales, or key account management in the electrical or lighting industry.
โStrong knowledge of products such as Indoor/Outdoor Lighting, LED Lights, Switches & Sockets, and other electrical items.
โExceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
โStrategic thinking with a growth-oriented mindset.
โProficiency in English.
โSound knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
โAbility to lead, inspire, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
โGraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
