✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in business development within the Gulf recruitment industry.
✅ Strong experience in the UAE and recruitment markets.
✅ Must have established direct IT client connections in the UAE .
✅ Proven track record of acquiring new clients and developing business relationships.
✅ Experience in IT recruitment and white-collar hiring.
✅ Strong understanding of Gulf recruitment processes and market dynamics.
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
✅ Ability to generate new business opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
