Job Description:
·       Evaluating business processes and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends, ISO 20000 and professional business knowledge.
·       Improve training and operational procedures within business to increase efficiency and productivity.
·       Work directly with clients to understand the individual needs of the business.
·       Create and present reports to executive team members and shareholders to support recommendations.
·       User variety of data analysis and organization tools to discover the most impactful insights.
·       Develop training materials for new users and conduct demos.

Required Qualification, Skills & Experience:
·       Fluent in Arabic and English speaking and writing
·       Must have 5 years of experience as Business Analyst in ISO 20000 projects with a semi-government and a government organization.
·       Bachelor’s degree in IT
·       Relevant Certification from authorized training body.
