Business Analyst

Description:

We are hiring an Arabic-speaking Business Analyst for a major audio/video streaming platform. You will act as the bridge between stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring successful project execution aligned with end-user needs.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Gather and analyze business requirements from Arabic-speaking stakeholders
• Create user stories, workflows, and business documentation (BRDs)
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and requirement sessions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate implementation
• Support QA and UAT processes to meet business expectations
• Track outcomes and maintain alignment with user needs

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in software or digital products
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and verbal)
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and SDLC
• Proficient in documentation tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)


𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝:
• Experience with media/streaming platforms
• Familiarity with accessibility, SEO, Figma, and wireframing tools
• Industry certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA)
