🔍 Role Overview

As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging business needs with technology solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, delivery teams, and clients to analyze processes, document requirements, and support the successful delivery of RCM and healthcare transformation initiatives.

💡 What you will do

·      Elicit, document, and manage business requirements and solution designs
·      Analyze and optimize end-to-end business and revenue cycle processes
·      Assess solution feasibility and business impact
·      Collaborate with development and testing teams during build and validation
·      Support end users and clients through change adoption
·      Contribute to RCM initiatives across design, build, implementation, and optimization phases

🎯 What we are looking for

·      Strong business analysis and analytical skills
·      Hands-on experience with requirements engineering, process mapping, and documentation
·      Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
·      Healthcare and Revenue Cycle Management experience is a strong advantage
·      Familiarity with clinical workflows and health information management is a plus
·      Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
·      CBAP or similar certification is highly desirable
