Requirements:

✅ Degree qualification
✅ 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Tendering
✅ Experience in Construction, MEP, Steel Fabrication, Fire Protection, or Contracting industry
✅ Good knowledge of Civil, MEP, Steel Fabrication, and Fire Protection sectors
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Generate new business opportunities in Civil, Structural Steel, MEP, and Fire Protection sectors
🔹 Build and maintain client relationships
🔹 Conduct market research and identify potential projects
🔹 Track tenders and project opportunities
🔹 Support tender submissions and business development activities
🔹 Prepare presentations, company profiles, and marketing materials
