We are looking for an experienced Crewing Coordinator to join our growing marine/offshore operations team.

This is a critical role responsible for crew recruitment, mobilization, certification compliance, travel arrangements, and crew database management for offshore and marine projects.

✅ What we are looking for:
⚓ Experience in marine/offshore crewing or HR
📋 Strong knowledge of STCW, flag state, and client compliance
✈️ Experience handling travel logistics & documentation
🗂️ Excellent coordination and crew record management skills
💬 Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
⏱️ Ability to work under pressure and meet mobilization deadlines.
