Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of high-profile VVIP visits and guest experiences.

• Build, develop and lead a high-performing operations team.

• Manage government-facing engagements with the highest levels of discretion and professionalism.

• Establish operational standards, governance, contingency planning and continuous improvement.

• Ensure confidentiality, cultural awareness and impeccable service delivery throughout the guest journey.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 10 years' senior leadership experience in VVIP operations, diplomatic protocol, luxury hospitality or government-level hosting within the GCC.

• Proven track record of managing high-profile VIP/VVIP engagements.

• Strong leadership, operational planning and crisis management skills.

• Excellent understanding of Qatari and GCC culture, etiquette and protocol.

• Experience building and leading high-performing teams.

• Arabic and English proficiency is highly desirable.
