Event Designer & Production Specialist

Description:

As our Event Designer & Production Specialist, you will own the creative and technical execution of events end-to-end. You'll collaborate directly with our leadership team and clients including government entities, luxury brands, and international partners.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead the creative design process: mood boards, concept decks, 3D renders, and stage layouts
Develop full production briefs including AV, lighting, staging, and fabrication specifications
Manage vendor coordination across décor, technical, and logistics suppliers
Oversee on-site production from build to strike, ensuring zero-compromise delivery
Work across multi-format events: exhibitions, government ceremonies, activations, concerts, and corporate productions
Maintain brand consistency and elevate every client touchpoint

WHAT YOU BRING
Minimum 5 years of hands-on event design & production experience
Strong portfolio of large-format or high-profile events
Proficiency in design tools: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator / Photoshop / InDesign)
Solid understanding of AV, lighting rigs, stage structures, and event logistics
Experience working in the GCC market is a strong advantage
Exceptional communication skills able to present confidently to senior clients
