Description:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Events Manager Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of events.
Responsibilities:
·       Assist in organizing & coordinating events from planning to completion
·       Liaise with vendors, suppliers & internal teams
·       Support event logistics, scheduling & on-site operations
·       Monitor timelines & ensure smooth event execution
·       Prepare reports, presentations & event documentation
Requirements:
·       Previous experience in event management, hospitality, marketing, or related field (preferred)
·       Strong communication & organizational skills
·       Ability to multitask and work under pressure
·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
·       Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Qatar
