Event Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage day-to-day security operations across assigned sites.
* Develop and implement operational strategies, SOPs, and security standards.
* Manage security teams, manpower planning, deployment, attendance, and performance.
* Ensure full compliance with company policies, client requirements, and Qatar regulations.
* Monitor operational KPIs, service quality, incidents, and corrective actions.
* Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
* Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and operational audits.
* Manage incidents, investigations, emergency response, and business continuity.
* Drive continuous improvement, cost efficiency, and operational effectiveness.
* Coach and develop security supervisors and frontline teams.
* Prepare operational reports, performance dashboards, and management updates.
What We’re Looking For
✔️ Proven experience in security operations management within Qatar or the GCC.
✔️ Strong leadership and workforce management capabilities.
✔️ Excellent knowledge of security operations, risk management, and incident response.
✔️ Experience managing large-scale security teams and multiple sites.
✔️ Strong communication, client management, and problem-solving skills.
✔️ Ability to work under pressure and make effective operational decisions.
✔️ Experience in security services / facilities management is highly preferred.
