Requirements

- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Production Planning & Control (PPC) within a Woven or Outerwear Garments manufacturing factory.

Strong analytical and planning skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and production planning tools. Smart, proactive, and result-oriented.

- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

- Able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and monitor production plans to meet shipment targets.

- Coordinate with Merchandising, IE, Production, Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, and Quality teams.

- Monitor production progress and resolve planning bottlenecks.

- Analyze production data and prepare planning reports.
