Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer (React) with strong expertise in modern frontend development and AI-assisted engineering practices. The ideal candidate will build scalable, responsive, and performant applications while utilizing AI-native development tools to improve productivity and code quality.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop scalable, reusable React applications using modern architecture.
Build responsive and accessible user interfaces with contemporary UI frameworks.
Implement efficient state management and optimize application performance.
Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and deliver seamless user experiences.
Leverage AI-powered development tools to accelerate UI development, testing, and code reviews.
Ensure code quality through automated testing, performance optimization, and accessibility best practices.

✅ Mandatory Skills:
Strong experience with React.js, TypeScript, React Hooks, and Context API.
Hands-on experience with Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or TanStack Query.
Expertise in Tailwind CSS, Material UI (MUI), or Headless UI.
Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility (A11y), and frontend performance optimization.
Experience with code splitting, lazy loading, and improving Core Web Vitals.
Knowledge of REST APIs and frontend-backend integration.
Familiarity with Git and modern CI/CD workflows.

🤖 AI & Modern Development Skills:
Experience using AI development tools such as Windsurf, Bolt.new, v0, GitHub Copilot, or similar.
Ability to generate production-ready React components using AI-assisted workflows.
Strong semantic prompting skills to describe complex UI interactions and state management.
Experience using AI to generate automated test cases with Vitest or Cypress.
AI-assisted code reviews focusing on performance, accessibility, and maintainability.

🎯 Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Knowledge of modern frontend build tools such as Vite.
