Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Build and sustain relationships with government officials to secure multi-year contracts.

Project Management: Lead new projects in Qatar, replicating successful models from the region.

Strategic Leadership: Develop strategies to grow market share and enhance competitiveness.

Financial Management: Achieve revenue targets, focusing on high-value contracts and portfolio diversification.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.

Experience: 10+ years in senior consultancy roles, with a focus on government/public sector management.

Tech Expertise: Familiarity with AI and automation in government services.

Language & Cultural Awareness: Fluency in English and Arabic, with an understanding of Qatar’s market.
