• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR & Payroll
• Functional expertise in HR processes, payroll, leave, benefits, and employee management
• Experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and implementation
• Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Experience with end-to-end D365 HR/Payroll implementations is preferred
