Key Responsibilities:
📌 IT Asset Management (ITAM)
• Manage and maintain the complete lifecycle of IT assets
• Conduct asset audits and maintain accurate inventory records
• Ensure compliance with asset management policies and procedures
📌 Project Governance & Monitoring
• Track projects from initiation to closure
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, risks, and budgets
• Prepare governance reports, dashboards, and executive updates
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
📌 Financial & Operational Control
• Monitor project budgets, invoices, purchase orders, and contracts
• Verify vendor invoices and payment requests
• Maintain audit-ready financial documentation
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and expenditure analysis
📌 Governance & Compliance
• Ensure project and operational documentation is audit compliant
• Monitor adherence to contractual, procurement, and organizational requirements
