It Asset Management Supervisor

Description:

We are looking for an experienced IT Asset Management Supervisor to oversee the complete lifecycle of IT assets and lead a team in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
·       Supervise IT asset lifecycle (procurement, deployment, maintenance, disposal)
·       Maintain and update IT asset inventory with real-time tracking
·       Implement and enforce ITAM policies, processes, and procedures
·       Monitor asset usage and optimize allocation to reduce cost and waste
·       Coordinate with procurement, finance, and IT teams for asset acquisition and budgeting
·       Conduct periodic audits and physical verifications of IT assets
·       Manage asset tagging, documentation, and reporting
·       Oversee vendor relationships for asset procurement and maintenance
·       Support IT service management processes (incident, change, configuration)
·       Generate reports on asset utilization, depreciation, and lifecycle status
·       Lead and mentor a team of IT asset coordinators or analysts

Requirements:
·       5–8 years of experience in IT Asset Management or IT operations
·        Strong knowledge of ITAM tools and asset tracking systems
·       Good understanding of IT service management (ITSM) processes
·       Strong analytical and reporting skills
