It Business Analyst – It/ot

Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst – IT/OT to support plant operations systems and drive business process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
·       Gather and document business and system requirements
·       Support and maintain plant systems including PIMS, PHD, AMS, and related applications
·       Coordinate with vendors, IT teams, and operations for system enhancements
·       Develop reports, monitor system performance, ensure minimal downtime
·       Perform system testing, patch management, and troubleshooting
·       Translate business needs into process flows and technical specifications
·       Support .NET development activities
Requirements:
·       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
·       Minimum 5 years of experience in IT plant operations systems
·       3–5 years of experience in .NET development (HTML, JavaScript, web applications)
·       Experience with industrial systems such as Baker Hughes is preferred
·       Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
