It Executive

Swiss-Belhotel is looking for an energetic and skilled IT Executive with experience in the hospitality industry.
Requirements:
·       Proven experience as an IT Executive or similar role, preferably in a hotel environment
·       Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and hotel software systems (PMS)
·       Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently
·       Good communication and problem-solving skills
·       Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Responsibilities:
·       Provide technical support for hotel systems and staff
·       Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and devices
·       Ensure smooth operation of hotel management systems (PMS/POS)
·       Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly
·       Coordinate with external vendors when required
