Key Requirements
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in recruitment/manpower consultancy. Total 8-10 years of experience.
- Proven experience in executive and white-collar recruitment.
- Hands-on recruitment experience across IT, Oil & Gas, Construction, and Facilities Management (FMS) sectors. Experience recruiting for government or semi-government organizations is highly preferred.
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job portals, and professional networking.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Must be willing and available to work on-site in Doha, Qatar.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
