Description:
We’re looking for a proactive Onsite IT Support Engineer to provide high-quality L1/L2 support in an executive environment. This role involves supporting senior stakeholders, ensuring seamless workplace technology, and delivering both onsite and remote support across global offices.
🔧 Key Skills & Experience
• 3–5 years in IT Support / System Administration
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune
• Experience with Windows, macOS, iOS/Android
• Knowledge of Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, MFA
• Basic networking: WiFi, VLAN, DHCP, DNS
