Key Requirements:
✅ 7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP
✅ Strong expertise in D365 Finance & Operations (F&O), Human Resources (HR), and Supply Chain Management (SCM)
✅ Experience across analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and support of enterprise applications
✅ Strong experience in Dynamics 365 administration and development
✅ Hands-on experience with Data Management Framework, entities, SQL queries, and indexes
✅ Experience with LCS, Azure DevOps, and Visual Studio
✅ Strong understanding of Azure technologies, Power BI, integrations, and enterprise-scale applications
✅ Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and process improvement initiatives
✅ Excellent business analysis, process mapping, project management, and documentation skills
✅ Strong communication, reporting, and presentation skills

Preferred Certifications:
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Developer Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect (Preferred)
