Key Requirements:

• Must be currently based in Qatar (valid Qatar residence)
• Strong & proven experience in Fit Out projects (mandatory).
• Background in commercial / high-end interior fit out projects preferred.
• Roads, Infrastructure, or MEP-only experience will not be considered.

• Cost estimation & budgeting.
• Tendering & procurement management.
• Contract administration.
• Variations & claims handling.
• Final account settlement.
