Leasing Manager

Description:

We are looking for an experienced Leasing Manager - Retail Malls to join our team. The role requires a strong background in retail mall leasing with proven exposure to regional and international brands.

Key Requirements:

Solid experience in mall leasing (Commercial/Residential leasing backgrounds will not be considered).

Expertise in tenant mix strategy - balancing anchor, inline, and specialty tenants.

Strong retailer relations with regional & international groups.

Knowledge of lease structures - MG vs. Turnover Rent, OCR analysis, performance-based models.

Experience coordinating with fit-out & operations teams for store openings.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and market analysis skills.
