Roles Available:

• Real Estate Agents/Brokers: Facilitate the buying, selling, and leasing of residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Provide expert advice on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with clients to meet their real estate needs.
• Property Managers: Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of residential, commercial, and retail properties. Handle tenant relations, lease agreements, rent collection, property inspections, and vendor management. Ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
• Development Managers: Lead and manage real estate development projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Conduct feasibility studies, site evaluations, and market analysis.
• Investment Analysts: Conduct financial analysis, due diligence, and risk assessment for real estate investment opportunities. Evaluate market trends, property performance, and investment returns. Prepare investment proposals, financial models, and investment memorandums.
• Marketing and Sales Executives: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote real estate properties and attract potential buyers or tenants. • Facilities Managers: Manage the operation and maintenance of building facilities, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and security. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and building codes. Coordinate maintenance activities and emergency response procedures.
