We are looking for an experienced Oracle Utilities C2M Consultant with strong domain knowledge in the Power / Water sector in Qatar.

Key Modules & Skills:
·       Billing, Rates, Payments, Metering, Credit & Collections
·       MDM: VEE Rules, Device & Usage Management, TOU, IMD, XML
·       OUAF development & deployment
·       Experience in implementations, support, RCA & stakeholder management
·       Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Qatar
·       Preferred: Certification in C2M / CC&B / MDM
