Plant Manager Production Operations

Description:

Job Responsibilities:
• Manage daily blending and packaging operations efficiently Lead and develop production and maintenance teams
• Monitor and improve key production KPIs (OEE, yield, downtime, etc.) Ensure compliance with HSE, ISO, and regulatory standards
• Optimize blending processes and minimize operational costs
Coordinate with supply chain to manage raw materials and inventory
• Maintain accurate records using ERP (preferably SAP) and prepare reports
Work Conditions:
• Location: Blending & Production Facility - Doha, Qatar
• Environment: Industrial plant with chemical handling (safety protocols in place) ⚫ Schedule: Full-time with flexibility for shift coverage
