Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of retail banking transformation projects
Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies
Manage execution using structured project management methodologies
Coordinate with business, IT, vendors, and QA teams
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and governance standards
Monitor progress, budgets, timelines, and project quality
Manage stakeholder communication, reporting, and escalations
Drive UAT, deployment, and production rollout activities
Lead change management and user adoption initiatives
🔹 Required Skills & Experience:
7+ years in IT Project Management
Minimum 5+ years in Retail Banking domain
Experience in:
Digital Banking (Mobile & Internet Banking)
Core Banking Systems
Payments & Cards systems
Customer onboarding / KYC solutions
Strong understanding of SDLC and project methodologies
Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills
Strong leadership and communication abilities
🔹 Preferred Qualifications:
PMP / PRINCE2 certification (preferred)
GCC banking project experience is an advantage
Knowledge of banking regulatory frameworks
Experience with Jira, MS Project or similar tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
