Description:

Key Responsibilities:

-Source and purchase steel materials (rebar, structural steel, plates, pipes, coils, etc.) and related trading items.

-Identify and evaluate local and international steel suppliers and traders.

-Obtain and analyze quotations; negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

-Prepare and issue purchase orders in line with approved budgets and company procedures.

-Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and warehouse teams for timely delivery.

-Monitor market trends, steel prices, and availability to support cost-effective purchasing.

-Ensure materials meet technical specifications and quality standards.

-Resolve delivery issues, shortages, or quality discrepancies.

-Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and delivery documents.

-Maintain accurate purchasing records and supplier database.
