We are supporting a leading organization delivering large-scale construction and infrastructure projects across the GCC. The business is seeking a highly skilled QA/QC Manager to establish, lead, and maintain quality assurance and quality control systems across all project sites ensuring that every deliverable meets the required specifications, codes, and contractual standards from start to finish.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Develop and implement QA/QC plans, procedures, and standards across all projects
🔹 Lead the QA/QC team and coordinate quality activities on site
🔹 Conduct inspections, audits, and quality reviews across all construction activities
🔹 Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and authority requirements
🔹 Manage non-conformance reports, corrective actions, and close-out processes
🔹 Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and consultants on quality matters
🔹 Maintain all quality documentation, records, and reporting systems
🔹 Support testing, commissioning, and final handover quality sign-offs
🔹 Identify quality risks and implement preventive measures proactively
🔹 Prepare and present quality performance reports to project leadership
