Quality Assurance Officer

Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure full compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and company policies
Conduct regular quality inspections, audits, and documentation
Monitor production processes to ensure consistent product quality
Implement and maintain HACCP, ISO, and food safety systems
Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes
Prepare quality reports and support regulatory inspections

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Quality Management or related field
Minimum 3-5 years experience in QA within meat or food production industry
Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, food safety regulations
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Experience in GCC food industry will be a strong advantage
