Quantity Surveyor - PIPING & MECHANICAL (Multiple Opportunities)

12 Year Experience must , Oil Gas, Petrochemical Experience is Mandatory

Candidates can join in 1 Month is acceptable, Locally available candidates proffered

This is a Site Based position, with 6 days/10 Hours work basis.

Responsibilities

§ Support preparation / prepare quantity survey templates

§ Prepare physical quantity surveys - if necessary

§ Perform plausibility check of quantities stated in the application for payment documentation for civil and erection work as submitted by subcontractor

§ Review and approve subcontractor's quantity survey

§ Clarify inconsistencies with subcontractor

§ Support preparation of change requests to customer and subcontractor based on verified quantity changes

§ Provide supporting documents for evaluation of work to be completed

• § Collaborate with project cost and schedule management

Experience

• Actual project execution experience
• Sufficient industry experience (petrochemicals) to understand the drivers of petrochemical projects, including track record of site delegations
• Exposure to senior management (own and client) to prepare and deliver effective messages
