Qualifications & Experience:
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Membership in a recognized professional body (e.g., RICS, AIQS) is preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying.
Proven track record of working on Ashghal infrastructure projects in Qatar.
Skills:
Proficient in cost management tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Excel).
Strong understanding of Ashghal regulations, procedures, and QCS standards.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Other Requirements:
Valid QID & NOC
Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
