World Class Properties Company is seeking a Real Estate Specialist to assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. As a Real Estate Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, showing properties, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a smooth transaction process from start to finish. This is a full-time hybrid role, implying that the role is located in Lusail but some work from home is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record of success working in the real estate industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
• Strong negotiating skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid real estate license in Qatar
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
