Risk Data & Modelling Analyst

Description:

We are looking for a Risk Data & Modelling Analyst to support the collection, preparation, analysis, and documentation of tax data. The role will assist the Risk Data & Modelling Expert in developing dashboards, reports, analytical tools, and risk assessment models.

Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, validate, and prepare data from internal and external systems.
Perform basic data analysis, trend analysis, comparisons, and data summaries.
Prepare datasets and input tables for analytical and predictive models.
Support the preparation of dashboards, reports, charts, and data extracts.
Document data sources, analytical steps, assumptions, and identified data gaps.
Prepare test datasets and support analytical tool testing.
Maintain accurate and confidential records of datasets, reports, and analytical outputs.
Collaborate with internal departments and IT teams to support data requirements.

Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, risk, finance, tax, or compliance.
Good knowledge of Excel and basic data analysis or BI tools.
Exposure to SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, or similar tools is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and data validation skills.
Good analytical, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively and handle confidential information.
