Sap Pm – Plant Maintenance Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP PM Consultant to support a leading healthcare client in Doha. This onsite role focuses on maintenance planning, equipment lifecycle management, and integration with procurement and inventory processes.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Manage preventive and corrective maintenance scheduling
✔️ Maintain functional location & equipment master data governance
✔️ Support hospital equipment maintenance planning cycles and compliance standards
✔️ Handle maintenance order lifecycle (creation, release, confirmation, closure)
✔️ Ensure seamless integration with MM for spare parts, goods issue, and cost settlement
✔️ Track and analyze maintenance KPIs (MTTR, cost tracking, performance metrics)
✔️ Ensure compliance with MoD maintenance standards
🔹 Required Skills:
✅ Strong experience in SAP PM (preventive & corrective maintenance)
✅ Expertise in functional location & equipment master data
✅ Hands-on experience in maintenance order management (create-to-close)
✅ Experience in PM–MM integration & spare parts management
✅ Knowledge of cost settlement & goods issue to maintenance orders
✅ Experience in maintenance KPI reporting (MTTR, cost tracking)
✅ Familiarity with MoD maintenance compliance standards
✅ Experience supporting hospital equipment planning cycles
🔹 Nice to Have:
➕ Experience in hospital biomedical or facilities maintenance environments
➕ Familiarity with military/MoD maintenance frameworks (Qatar/GCC)
➕ Experience with PM–SD integration (warranty claims)
➕ Exposure to SAP EAM or S/4HANA PM
