Senior Business Analyst / Functional Business Analyst

Description:

Mandatory skills: Agile, Business Analysis, Business Analyst, Communication Skills, Functional Documentation , SOAP, UML diagrams

Senior BA Minimum 7 years experience of Business Analysis

Must have excellent analytical skills, verbal & written communication skills

Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum principles and practices

Desirable Experience in Airline or Travel domain and their technologies

IIBA and scrum certifications will be an added advantage

Collect and analyze software requirements and turn them into high quality requirement specifications

Create and maintain detailed project artifacts, technical specifications, prototypes, diagrams and processes, validate and verify solution requirements

Analyze and document the business process models (as is and to be) using techniques such as UML modelling and tools

Manage stakeholders, self-managing, shall be responsible for the whole project

Identify and review test scenarios, data and cases; support user acceptance testing and their sign-off

Conduct API analysis and testing using tools like postman, soap Ul
