Elegancia Group is seeking a qualified 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐅𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐲 & 𝐇𝐲𝐠𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐞 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫 to ensure compliance with food safety standards and hygiene protocols across our operational sites.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Implement and monitor food safety management systems (𝐇𝐀𝐂𝐂𝐏/𝐈𝐒𝐎 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬)
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Develop and deliver training on food safety and hygiene practices
• Ensure corrective and preventive actions are executed effectively
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for compliance requirements

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Food Safety and Hygiene within the hospitality or catering industry
• Strong knowledge of local and international food safety regulations
• Certification in Food Safety (e.g., 𝐇𝐀𝐂𝐂𝐏 𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 3 𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐯𝐞)
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Available in Qatar with valid documentation (preferred)
