Key Responsibilities & Expertise:
✔ Project monitoring, reporting and management dashboards
✔ Analysis of project progress, risks, issues and dependencies
✔ Resource planning, forecasting and utilization monitoring
✔ Budget, cashflow and payment milestone tracking
✔ Venue Technology operations and maintenance monitoring
✔ Preventive & corrective maintenance performance analysis
✔ System health, alerts, response times and service availability monitoring
✔ Vendor performance, SLA and contractual obligation monitoring
✔ Stakeholder and senior-management communication
✔ Risk identification, mitigation and escalation
✔ Event Technology operations and coordination
✔ Event resource/timeline and bump-in/bump-out coordination

Key Requirement: Candidates must have strong experience across Project Management practices and IT Venue Technology Operations, particularly within venues, AV/ELV solutions and/or building management environments.
