Key Responsibilities:
· Minimum of six years of proven Oracle APEX development experience.
· Strong knowledge of Oracle APEX, SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Database.
· Strong experience with Oracle REST Data Services and REST API integrations.
· Experience with workflow-driven and approval-based applications.
· Experience with APEX security, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
· Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, and XML.
· Experience with application deployment, testing, and production support.
Language Requirements
· Professional proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
· Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders in both languages.
· Experience developing bilingual Arabic and English applications is preferred.
Preferred Skills
· Oracle APEX or other relevant Oracle certifications.
· Experience integrating Oracle APEX with Oracle E-Business Suite.
· Knowledge of ORDS, WebLogic, Tomcat, Git, SSO, LDAP, or Active Directory.
· Experience working on enterprise, government, or regulated-sector project
