Software Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Create compelling bids for software/IT related RFPs.
• Understand user requirements and translate them into detailed user stories.
• Act as the single source of truth for client projects, ensuring clarity and effective communication.
• Oversee task completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain the highest standards in project delivery.
• Stay abreast of the latest software and technology trends.
• Apply strong business acumen to develop and negotiate pricing strategies.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the software industry or a related field.
• Proficient in English and Arabic with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Business acumen and a keen pricing sense.
• Experience with project management tools (GitLab, Jira, etc).
• Strong technical skills in software engineering (programming languages, methodologies, testing) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
