Store Manager – Electronics Retail

We are looking for a Store Manager to take charge of our dynamic Electronics section in Doha. you will be responsible for all aspects of store operations, team leadership, and driving sales performance in a fast-paced retail environment
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations, sales, and profitability of the Electronics section.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve targets.
• Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and promotional activities.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
• Analyze sales reports and implement strategies for growth.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Store Manager or Assistant Manager role within the retail electronics industry.
• Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of retail operations, inventory control, and sales principles.
