Key Responsibilities

Integrate external career sites with Oracle Taleo for seamless job posting, candidate applications, and onboarding flows. Work with Taleo APIs, TCC (Taleo Connect Client), REST/SOAP Web Services.

Collaborate with HR & IT teams to configure career sections, requisition postings, and SSO integrations.

Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR) and handle security protocols (OAuth2.0, SAML, SSO).

Support troubleshooting, issue resolution, and end-to-end functionality.

* Essential Skills

Oracle Taleo (TEE/TBE), TCC expertise

REST/SOAP API integration & SSO setup

Linux Shell Scripting

HTML/CSS/JavaScript (for Ul customization)

Prior experience integrating Taleo with portals/websites/job boards

* Nice-to-Have

Middleware/ETL tools (Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi)

Backend scripting knowledge (.NET)

Strong communication skills to work with HR stakeholders
