Description:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support the design, development, and continuous improvement of mobile banking applications.
This role is responsible for gathering and translating business requirements into clear, actionable user stories, ensuring alignment between business needs, customer expectations, and technical implementation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital banking, customer journeys, and mobile UX.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
5 to 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in mobile banking or digital channels.
Strong understanding of mobile application workflows, UX principles, and fintech/banking operations.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally with product, design, IT, compliance, and operations teams.
Knowledge of APIs, system integration, and backend banking systems is a plus.
